CCHS Adoration Sign-Up
A volunteer scheduling tool for coordinating Eucharistic Adoration coverage.
How it works
Volunteers create a free account, then sign up for open Adoration hours from a shared schedule. If you can no longer make a shift you've claimed, you can request a substitute right from your account — everyone else eligible to cover it is notified automatically, and the first person to claim it takes it over.

Before you sign up
Email & text notifications
During sign-up (and any time after, from account settings), volunteers choose how they'd like to be notified about shift reminders and substitute requests:
Preview of the actual notification-preference form shown during sign-up. Text notifications are off by default and require actively checking the box — they're never pre-checked. Checking it doesn't turn texts on by itself: it sends a one-time confirmation text, and the volunteer has to reply Y before any real texts go out. Try the real, live form here.
Message frequency varies based on your shifts and reminder settings — typically 3-7 texts a month, only when there's a reminder or substitute request relevant to you. Message and data rates may apply. Anyone opted in to texts can reply STOP at any time to end them, or START, YES, or UNSTOP to turn them back on — both trigger an automatic confirmation text. Full details and help instructions are on our Terms & SMS Program Terms page.
