Privacy Policy

CCHS Adoration Sign-Up (“the site”) is a volunteer scheduling tool used to coordinate Eucharistic Adoration coverage. It is built and operated independently by WalserSolutionsGroup, LLC as a volunteer project for parish/school Adoration volunteers — it is not operated on behalf of, or under any formal engagement with, the parish or school. This page explains what information we collect through the site, how it's used, and the choices you have.

• Name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional, needed only for text notifications)
• Your parish and Safe Environment certification status
• The Adoration shifts you sign up for, request a substitute for, or cover for someone else
• Team memberships and your notification preferences for each team
• Your choices about email/text notifications and whether to share your contact info with teammates

• To schedule and coordinate Adoration hour coverage
• To send shift reminders and “substitute needed” alerts by email and/or text, only to volunteers who've opted in to that channel
• To let team leaders and teammates reach each other about coverage, if you've chosen to share your contact info
• To track Safe Environment certification status for the volunteer program

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. More broadly, we do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Your email and phone number are shown to fellow members of your own team(s) only if you've checked “Share my phone and email with volunteers in my teams” in My Settings. If left unchecked, teammates see “Private” instead.
• We use a small number of service providers to run the site — Twilio (to deliver text messages), Resend (to deliver email), and hosting/database providers (Vercel and Neon). Each only processes your information as needed to provide their service to us, and isn't permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Admins and managers of the Adoration program can see volunteer contact and scheduling information as needed to run it.

If you opt in to text notifications, you may receive shift reminders and substitute-coverage alerts. See our Terms & SMS Program Terms for message frequency, opt-out, and help instructions.

• Update or turn off email/text notifications any time from My Settings
• Turn contact-info sharing with teammates on or off any time from My Settings
• Leave any team you've joined from My Teams
• Contact us (below) to request a copy of your information or to have your account removed

We keep volunteer information for as long as needed to run the Adoration sign-up program, and use reasonable technical safeguards (encrypted connections, access limited to admins/managers) to protect it.

This site is intended for adult volunteers and is not directed at children.
