Terms of Use & SMS Program Terms

CCHS Adoration Sign-Up is a volunteer scheduling tool for coordinating Eucharistic Adoration coverage. It's provided for use by parish/school volunteers to sign up for, manage, and cover Adoration shifts. Use it in good faith to coordinate real coverage — accounts and the schedule aren't for any other purpose.

This site, including its text and email notifications, is built and operated independently by WalserSolutionsGroup, LLC as a volunteer project for parish/school Adoration volunteers — it is not operated on behalf of, or under any formal engagement with, the parish or school.

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, contact info, parish, Safe Environment status). Contact us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

This section applies if you opt in to receive text messages from CCHS Adoration Sign-Up (by checking a “Text me shift reminders and substitute requests” option during registration or in My Settings).

• What you'll receive: shift reminders for slots you're signed up for, and “substitute needed” alerts for open coverage — informational messages related to the volunteer program only. This is not a marketing program, and we don't send promotional messages.
• Message frequency: varies based on your own sign-ups and schedule — typically 3-7 texts a month, more only around shifts you're personally involved in.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time (you'll get an immediate confirmation text), or uncheck the text-notifications option in My Settings.
• How to opt in / confirm: check the text-notifications option during registration or in My Settings, then reply Y to the one-time confirmation text we send — texts don't actually start until you reply. You can also opt in directly by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to any of our texts, which counts as confirmation on its own.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email adoration.cchs@outlook.com for assistance.
• Supported carriers: most major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the schedule accurate and notifications timely, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every email or text.
